Ki-Credits

Het Ki-Credits system answers a need of customers who want to use our services on a regular baiss but don't quite know yet exactly what they will need.

How it works

You buy a number of credits that you can use freely for every service that we provide. If you lack credits, you can place an additional limited order. There is no deadline for remaining credits who can also be transferred to other people.

For each assignment we discuss the price with the client and will only execute the assignment after the written consent from the client. The credits for that assignment will be deducted from the clients account and a new updated saldo will be provided to the client.

launching and periodic publication of a newsletter

cooperation with an accountant on the financial administration

organisation of recurring events

periodic translation and editorial assignments

creating and updating training material

Benefits

Cheaper: clients who order through the credit system reduce our administration work. This enables us to offer better terms per assignment. A true win-win situation.

Personal: we continue to work with personalized assignments, even within the credits system. Every assignment and the associated price is individually discussed with the client. Only after the written consent from the client will the assignment be executed at the agreed upon price.

Transferrable: credits can be transferred both to the next year as well as to another beneficiary.

Flexible: credits can be used for all our services. Be they small or big, individual or combined assignments as well as for joint assignments from multiple clients.

Price

Standard starterspackage: 1.800 € (= 1.800 credits)

Benefitpackages*:

2.400€ = 2.500 credits                        

3.000€ = 3.250 credits                        

3.600€ = 4.000 credits

Additional Credits: per batch of 50€
